Return Policy We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewellery. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a refund of the purchase price less 15% shipping and handling. However, all items should be returned in the original state they were received in by you. Items which have been modified in any way or abused will not be accepted for refund. To return your purchase, please pack item in its original packing, seal well and return to our address which will be sent to you in the original shipping package. Once we receive your return and are satisfied that the item is in its original condition, your refund money (original price less 15%) will be refunded to you within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the item. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
